Keep the record accurate
Report an incorrect performance, mismatched athlete, or profile that needs review.
When a time, place, name, team, or division is wrong, contact the meet organizer or timing provider shown on the original result. PodiumScout reconciles source corrections and deletions so an updated public result can replace the old version.
Include the athlete profile URL, meet name and date, event or distance, the issue you found, and a link to the corrected source result when available.

A correction request should not include a date of birth, street address, phone number, registration identifier, medical information, or identity documents. PodiumScout only needs enough public result context to locate and review the record.
